Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 175 g water
- 100 g sugar
- 125 g orange(s) (blood orange fillets including juice)
- 80 g vodka
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 20 minutes
delicious as a finale or in between meals
Boil the water with the sugar (to make a simple syrup), then let it cool. Add the segmented oranges and juice, and blend everything with a hand blender. Add the vodka. Since I don’t have an ice cream maker, I put it in a metal bowl in the freezer, taking it out of the freezer every few hours to stir it.
