Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g blueberries
- 1 m.-large banana(s), very ripe
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g natural yogurt, 3.8% fat
- ½ tsp vanilla, ground
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp linseed oil
Instructions

fruity dessert or breakfast without added sugar, also ideal after exercise
Place the blueberries in a bowl and lightly press them with a fork. Puree the banana with the milk and add it to the blueberries along with the remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.
