Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 220 g butter
  • 350 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300 g blueberries
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

quick to make and very tasty

Cream the butter, eggs, and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 70-80 minutes.
