Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 60 g sugar, white
- 80 g sugar, brown
- 1 pinch of salt
- 165 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 80 ml oil
- 120 ml milk
- 100 g blueberries (blueberries)
- 40 g flour
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 40 g sugar, brown

Blueberry muffins with crumbles
Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease the muffin tin. Beat the eggs with both types of sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in, then stir in the oil and milk. Finally, gently fold in the blueberries. For the crumb topping, knead all the ingredients together. Pour the batter into the muffins, spread the crumb topping on top, and bake for 20-30 minutes. They taste best while still warm!
