Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g blueberries, frozen
- 50 ml soda water
- Blueberries, fresh or cinnamon, honey or cocoa nibs

Thaw the blueberries in a microwave-safe container at 600-700 watts for about 2-3 minutes (longer if you prefer them warm). Meanwhile, pour the quark into a bowl and mix with water. Milk or tap water also works, but sparkling water adds a special fluffiness. The blueberries should now be liquid. Combine the quark and blueberries and sprinkle with garnish as desired.
