Blueberry dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 500 g cream yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 100 g macadamia nuts or nuts of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Wash and drain the berries. Thaw the frozen berries. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts and roast them in a dry pan. Heat the honey in a saucepan, add the nuts, and stir until all the nuts are coated with honey, then let cool. Pour the yogurt into 4 bowls or glasses and top with the blueberries and nuts. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
