Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 400 g blueberries, fresh
- 2 tbsp jam (blueberry jam)
- 250 g mascarpone
- 500 g light cream cheese
- 75 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 400 ml whipped cream, liquid, chilled, semi-stiffened
- 100 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 75 g meringue(s), crumbled
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Combine the blueberries and jam. Beat the mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a hand mixer. Fold in the whipped cream, then the chocolate and meringues, and finally, gently fold in the blueberries. Transfer to a glass serving bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
