Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 340 g wheat flour type 405
- 50 g baking cocoa
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 170 g liquid vegetable margarine
- 400 ml carbonated mineral water
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate drops
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 26cm springform pan and dust with cornstarch. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk a few times. Add wet ingredients and mix well until a smooth batter forms. Pour batter into the springform pan and bake on the middle rack for about 40 minutes. Be sure to do a toothpick test!
