Blueberry Jam with Thyme
The perfect blueberry jam with thyme recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Blueberries
- 1 bunch Fresh thyme
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Mix the blueberries with the preserving sugar in a saucepan and mash a little. Pluck the thyme leaves and add with the lemon juice. Bring the mixture to the boil and cook for about 4min. Let it boil bubbly.
- Immediately fill into glasses, screw and leave for 5min. turn it upside down. Then turn it over and let it cool down.
