Blueberry Jam with Thyme

The perfect blueberry jam with thyme recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Blueberries
  • 1 bunch Fresh thyme
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Mix the blueberries with the preserving sugar in a saucepan and mash a little. Pluck the thyme leaves and add with the lemon juice. Bring the mixture to the boil and cook for about 4min. Let it boil bubbly.
  1. Immediately fill into glasses, screw and leave for 5min. turn it upside down. Then turn it over and let it cool down.
