Blueberry jam with vanilla

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • ½ kg sugar
  • 1 sachet of Gelfix
  • 5 bags of vanilla sugar (1-2 bags more depending on your taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the blueberries until soft, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and bring to a boil. Puree to taste. Finally, add the gel-fix and test for settling, adding a little more if necessary. Pour into a piping hot container and immediately cover with the lid. Turn upside down for 5 minutes.
