Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g blueberries
  • 375 g water
  • 690 g gelling sugar
  • 5 g citric acid
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 carnation(s)
  • 50 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Sort the fruit, remove the stems, and wash thoroughly. Bring to a boil with water, cinnamon bark, cloves, vanilla pod, and gelling sugar, then slowly bring to a boil for at least 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the cloves, cinnamon bark, and vanilla pod. Stir in the citric acid and immediately pour into clean, sterilized jars while still hot. Seal tightly with a twist-off lid. Turn upside down for 10 minutes, then turn over and let cool.
