  • 250 ml vodka
  • 5 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • mint
  • 2 bottles of sparkling wine

Instructions

Deseed the watermelon and cut into small pieces. Form a few balls with a spoon. Place both in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Now puree or blend the sliced ​​watermelon, add lemon juice, and 200 ml of vodka. Place everything back in the refrigerator for another hour. Mix the remaining vodka with the vanilla sugar and let it steep. Finally, pour everything into a punch bowl and top with sparkling wine, or pour individually into sparkling wine glasses. Add 2 mint leaves to each glass.
