Blueberry muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 240 g flour, sifted
  • 40 g sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s), beat with a whisk
  • 60 ml butter, melted
  • 250 ml blueberries (fresh blueberries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Add the milk, egg, and butter. Stir until the dry ingredients are moistened. Stir the blueberries into the batter. Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Let the muffins rest for a few minutes.
