Blueberry-peach jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g blueberries
  • 500 g peach(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 1 lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pit the peaches, dice them finely, and place them in a saucepan with the blueberries. Add the squeezed lemon juice and the preserving sugar, mix well, and heat. Remove from the heat and puree coarsely or finely, as desired. Return to the stovetop, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for 4 minutes. Immediately pour into hot, rinsed jars, seal, and turn upside down for about 10 minutes.
