Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sweetener or
- 75 g sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 350 g blueberries
- 50 ml milk
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- ½ tsp sweetener, liquid or
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pack of cake glaze, light
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Knead all the dough ingredients together well and pour into a greased tart pan (28 cm diameter), pulling up one edge. Drain the blueberries well (or rinse and pat dry fresh ones), reserving the juice. Beat the eggs until frothy, mix with the quark, milk, lemon juice, vanilla pudding powder, and sweetener or sugar, and spread on the base. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 180°C (convection oven). Mix the glaze with 1/4 liter of juice (top up with water) and prepare according to the package instructions. Place the blueberries on the finished and cooled tart, spread the glaze on top, and chill briefly.
