Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 40 g butter, cold, in pieces
- 90 g brown sugar
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 200 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a dough and pour into a tart pan. Spread the blueberries over the dough. Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes. Serve with freshly whipped cream.
