Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 jar gooseberries, drained
  • 1 point cake glaze, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a dough from the above ingredients and line a springform pan. Fold up the edges. Cook the vanilla pudding with the milk and sugar according to the instructions and let cool. Stir in the sour cream and spread it over the dough. Arrange the drained gooseberries on top. Bake at 170°C for 45 minutes. Once cooled, cook 1 packet of cake glaze with the gooseberry juice and pour it over the cake.
