Bockwurst skewered on spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600g spaghetti
  • 10 small Bockwurst
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 125 g herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Eye-catcher, great for a child’s birthday party

Cut the raw sausage into approximately 3 cm long pieces, then thread approximately 10 spaghetti strands into each piece. Boil plenty of salted water in a pot (preferably an oblong roasting pan) and cook the skewered sausage spaghetti for approximately 7 minutes, then drain in a colander. Heat the herb butter in the pot and briefly toss the spaghetti in it. Serve on plates and enjoy. Kids won’t be the only ones who enjoy this idea.
