Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 egg yolks
- 250 g sugar
- 75 g semolina
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250 g apples, grated
- 120 g nuts, grated
- 6 egg whites, beaten
- some jam
- Cake icing (chocolate)

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Stir all the remaining ingredients into the foam and fold in the egg whites. Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, spread with jam and cover with chocolate icing.
