Bohemian Cucumber Salad (Petra Blossey)

  • 2 Pc. Cucumber
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Dill
  1. Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthways. Then remove the seeds with a tablespoon and slice the cucumber into thin slices. Let everything stand for about 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, pour away the cucumber water. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, mustard, sour cream, water, sugar, paprika powder, dill and crushed garlic to taste. Add the “dressing” to the cucumber slices and mix everything together well. Finally, season again with salt and pepper.
