Fried Tart Soup (Alexander Sholti)

  • 0,75 l Beef broth
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 60 g Flour
  • 0,125 l Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Freshly chopped chives
