Fried Tart Soup (Alexander Sholti)

- 0,75 l Beef broth
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 60 g Flour
- 0,125 l Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Freshly chopped chives
- Mix the eggs, milk, flour and salt together. Heat the oil in a shallow pan and pour in the batter thinly. Bake brown on both sides and then process the remaining dough. Let the resulting pancakes cool and cut into thin strips. Put the strips in the soup (beef or vegetable stock) and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately afterwards.
