- ¼ liter of milk
- 15 g yeast
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Make yeast dough, form dumplings (shaped like a loaf of bread), and add them to boiling water, which you then set aside. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. If necessary, tilt the lid slightly over the pot.
