  • 1,5 kg Boiled beef
  • Bouillon
  • Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Mustard
  • Salt pepper
  • Salad
  • 2 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  1. Cook the boiled beef in bouillon until cooked
  2. Let cool down very slightly
  3. Cut the boiled beef into smaller pieces
  4. Cut the onion into slices
  5. Prepare the dressing from oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper
  6. Spread the salad on the plate and place the boiled beef in the center
  7. Place the tomatoes all around
  8. 8th TIP: do not empty the bouillion away you can use it as a soup stock e.g. patty soup or deep freezing
