Banana Ice Cream with Egg Cognac

The perfect banana ice cream with egg cognac recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Freshly prepared bananas
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 150 ml Full fat milk
  • 1 Pc. Lemon fresh
  • 0,5 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 7 tbsp Egg cognac
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  1. Cut the ripe bananas into pieces and puree them well
  2. Puree the sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar at the end
  3. Add milk, cognac and cream, stirring constantly
  4. Then put everything in the ice cream maker
