Banana Ice Cream with Egg Cognac
The perfect banana ice cream with egg cognac recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Freshly prepared bananas
- 150 ml Cream
- 150 ml Full fat milk
- 1 Pc. Lemon fresh
- 0,5 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 7 tbsp Egg cognac
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- Cut the ripe bananas into pieces and puree them well
- Puree the sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar at the end
- Add milk, cognac and cream, stirring constantly
- Then put everything in the ice cream maker
