Boiled Eggs Wrapped in Meat

The perfect boiled eggs wrapped in meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Mett (a rest!)
  • 0,5 tsp Onion
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 Yesterday’S rolls
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Slice of camembert
  1. Cook the eggs until they are soft (approx. 7 minutes), rinse and peel them off. Peel and dice ½ onion. Soak ½ bread roll and squeeze it out well. Mix / knead all ingredients (150 g ground meat, onion cubes, squeezed ½ roll, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper and ½ teaspoon sweet paprika). Wrap the boiled eggs with the ground meat, roll vigorously in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with oil (4 tbsp) until golden-brown. Halve to serve and season with sea salt from the mill and pepper from the mill. Served here with bread rolls fried in olive oil, cherry tomato and a piece of camembert.
