Swiss Chard Rolls

- 0,5 pack Puff pastry
- 200 g Swiss chard fresh
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 150 g Pork belly
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 200 g Cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Nutmeg
- Sugar
- Worcester sauce
- For the filling, cut the onion and chard into small pieces and finely chop the garlic. Dice the pork belly and roast with onions and garlic. Add the chard and deglaze with a dash of Worcester sauce.
- Mix the cream cheese with the egg and fold in the slightly cooled mixture from the pan.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and nutmeg and fill the rolled out puff pastry with it and roll it up.
- Close the ends tightly and brush the packets with water.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C until golden brown.
