Bolognese Pancake Rolls

- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,5 l Milk

- 1 kl. Can Corn
- 4 kl. Tomatoes
- 2 Paprika
- 1 Onion
- 500 g Hack
- 3 tsp Tomato paste
- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- 400 g Herbal cream cheese
- 100 g Grated cheese

- Broth
- Sugar
- Work the flour, eggs, milk, baking powder and salt into a dough
- Bake pancakes from the batter and set aside for further processing
- Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions into small pieces
- Fry the onions with the mince, add the peppers, corn and tomatoes
- Deglaze with the tomatoes and season with a little broth, pepper, salt and sugar
- Brush the pancakes with cream cheese, place the minced meat mixture on top and roll up
- Place the rolls next to each other in a baking dish, brush with the rest of the minced sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese
