Ingredients

- 0,25 l Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 125 g Spelt flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
filling
- 500 g Asparagus
- 4 Discs Gouda cheese
- 4 Discs Cooked ham
Aside from that
- 150 ml Béarnaise sauce finished product
- 50 g Grated Gouda
Instructions
- Make a pancake batter out of the dough ingredients and let it rest for 20 minutes so that the flour can swell.
- Peel the asparagus and cook it until it still has a bite
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- 4 Bake pancakes and fill them with 1 slice of cheese and ham and a few sticks of asparagus. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
- Finally, cover with the Bernaise sauce and sprinkle with the cheese
- approx. Baked for 20 minutes
