Ingredients
 

pancakes

  • 0,25 l Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 g Spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

filling

  • 500 g Asparagus
  • 4 Discs Gouda cheese
  • 4 Discs Cooked ham

Aside from that

  • 150 ml Béarnaise sauce finished product
  • 50 g Grated Gouda

Instructions
 

  • Make a pancake batter out of the dough ingredients and let it rest for 20 minutes so that the flour can swell.
  • Peel the asparagus and cook it until it still has a bite
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • 4 Bake pancakes and fill them with 1 slice of cheese and ham and a few sticks of asparagus. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
  • Finally, cover with the Bernaise sauce and sprinkle with the cheese
  • approx. Baked for 20 minutes
