Bolognese sauce for babies

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil (corn oil)
  • 15 g celery
  • 30 g carrot(s)
  • 125 g minced beef, lean
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 100 ml unsalted chicken broth
  • ½ tsp tomato paste
  • 50g spaghetti
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the cleaned and chopped vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Add the ground beef and brown all over. Then stir in the tomato paste, tomatoes, and broth. Bring everything to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer covered for 15 minutes, until the beef is cooked through. Meanwhile, bring the water to a boil, add the spaghetti, and cook until tender. Chop the spaghetti, purée the Bolognese in a blender, and mix with the pasta. The sauce freezes perfectly without the pasta.
