Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly (approx. 2 mm). Fry them in a pan with oil until tender or crispy roasted, depending on your preference. While the potatoes are cooking, season with salt, turmeric, and chili powder to taste. Don’t forget to season! Turn the potatoes frequently to ensure they are evenly browned and don’t stick together.
