Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 5 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 125 g hazelnuts, roasted in the oven and chopped
  • 125 g chocolate, chopped
  • 125 g marshmallow(s), small
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

for 16 pieces

Grease a 30 x 20 x 5 cm baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Beat the butter with the light brown sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs and vanilla extract. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder into the batter and fold in. Fold in the roasted hazelnuts, chocolate, and marshmallows. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 30-35 minutes. Let cool in the baking sheet before cutting into 16 pieces.
