Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the carrots and slice them very thinly. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the carrots. Cover and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cooking time is approximately 20 minutes, but may vary depending on the thickness of the carrot slices. When the carrots are nice and soft, season with salt and pepper, and finally stir in the parsley.
