Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk, 10% (approx. 300 ml)
  • 100 g alcohol, 96%
  • Lemon(s), grated peel or
  • Vanilla sugar for flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Place the eggs (whites and yolks) in a tall blender. Beat with the sugar and milk for 30 seconds. Add the alcohol and a little lemon zest or vanilla sugar and blend for another 20 seconds. Chill. It tastes great immediately and usually doesn’t keep for long. This recipe is at least 60 years old, and the name comes from the Piccolo food processor.
