Bratwurst and zucchini pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 small sausages
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • 20 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • some Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the zucchini and cut into approximately 2 cm pieces, season with salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper if desired, and add a little Maggi. Then add the zucchini pieces to the eggs and the breadcrumbs, and mix everything together. Cut the sausages into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages and the zucchini, egg, and breadcrumb mixture together. Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped parsley on top.
