  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 5 Sausages
  • 2 Onion
  • 500 g Pointed peppers
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 1 shot Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them in the vegetable stock, drain, add a piece of butter and a dash of milk, salt and nutmeg, and use a potato masher to make a puree.
  • Fry the sausages in oil until they are brown.
  • Cut the paprika and onions into rings, chop the ends of the paprika and add to the mashed potatoes
  • Steam the peppers and onion rings in butter with the ham cubes until translucent.
