- 1 kg Potatoes
- 5 Sausages
- 2 Onion
- 500 g Pointed peppers
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 1 shot Milk
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Oil
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them in the vegetable stock, drain, add a piece of butter and a dash of milk, salt and nutmeg, and use a potato masher to make a puree.
- Fry the sausages in oil until they are brown.
- Cut the paprika and onions into rings, chop the ends of the paprika and add to the mashed potatoes
- Steam the peppers and onion rings in butter with the ham cubes until translucent.
- Put the mashed potatoes in a baking dish, cut the sausages into small pieces and put them in the puree, add the vegetables and the sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes
