  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 4 Fresh shallots
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 75 g Grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Espelette pepper
  • Rosemary Chilli Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes, then let them cool. Then peel and cut into slices or cubes.
  • Peel the bell peppers, remove the seeds and membranes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Peel shallots and chop or chop.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the peppers and shallots in it.
  • Put the potatoes in a small baking dish. Top with peppers and shallots.
  • Whisk the cream and egg, then season and then pour into the baking dish.
