Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 24 small sausages, Nuremberg
- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- 4 eggs
- 600 ml milk
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp marjoram
- salt and pepper
- 250 g flour

Arrange the sausages and clarified butter in an ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven (preheated to 200°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown. Combine the eggs, milk, mustard, marjoram, salt, pepper, and flour in a mixing bowl, blend with an immersion blender until smooth, and pour over the sausages. Reduce the oven to 220°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
