Bratwurst prepared differently

Halve the sausages lengthwise and then slice. Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut into small pieces. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and then slice. Chop the onion, bacon, and garlic cloves into small pieces. Make the gravy, e.g., using a ready-made powder or similar. Fry the bacon in a pan with oil. Add the sausage and fry until browned. Add the prepared bell peppers and zucchini and fry as well. Then add the onion and garlic cloves and fry. Add the tomato paste and fry well for the roasted flavors. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Then pour in the gravy. Add the mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Season everything with the white wine and let it reduce. Add the processed cheese and let the pan simmer until the cheese has melted. Finally, stir in the finely chopped parsley and serve everything hot. I serve this with pasta. But rice or fried potatoes also go well with it.
