Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bratwurst, coarse
- 2 large onions
- 50 ml cream
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the sausages lengthwise and pull them apart slightly to create a pocket. Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet. Dice the onions and sauté until translucent. Add the mustard and cream and mix. Fill the sausages with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
