- 150 ml Almond milk
- 1 bag Instant yeast
- 1 tsp Raw cane sugar

- 400 g Organic spelled flour
- 100 g Almond flour
- 50 ml Almond milk
- 50 ml Mineral water
- Put the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and stir, let stand for a few minutes.

- Mix the flours, the almond milk with the mineral water, everything with the pre-dough and knead into a dough, then let it rest for 1.5 hours.
- Then knead the dough again and form fist-sized rolls, place on a baking rack (lined with baking paper), cut crosswise and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, then let cool on a rack.
