Ingredients
Budwig quark basic recipe on 100 g. Low-fat quark
- 1 piece Salad of your choice
- 2 handful Sprouts
- 1 small Fennel bulb
- 1 piece Orange
- 100 g Stomach curd
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 30 ml Fresh milk
join in
- 1 handful Cut chives
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric spice
for decoration
- Black olives
Instructions

- Place the vegetables washed, cut or sliced on plates.
Budwig quark dip
- Put all the ingredients for the Budwig quark in a bowl, stir well, allow to emulsify. Then add the chives, turmeric and a little salt & pepper and mix everything well into a dip.
Arrange plates ...
- Put the dip on top and decorate with an olive and just enjoy
