The perfect bread / buns: pane phantasia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Wheat flour type 550
- 250 g Spelled flour type 630
- 100 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 dice Yeast fresh
- 15 g Salt
- 16 g Baking malt
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream 20% fat
- 1 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon Cream of horseradish
- 3 tablespoon Orange-Flavored olive oil – a gift
- After the recipe didn’t appear in the “Latest Recipes” section this morning after it was uploaded, and other users couldn’t find it in my KB either, I deleted it again and entered it here again.
- Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in lukewarm water.
- Weigh the types of flour and the baking malt and mix everything with the dough hook.
- Add the sour cream, yoghurt, horseradish and olive oil and stir.
- Knead the dough vigorously for at least 8 minutes, then cover and keep warm to rise. As soon as the volume has doubled, knead the dough again and pour it into a bread pan lined with foil or baking paper.
- Cut diagonally with a sharp knife, cover with a warm, damp cloth and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush or spray with salt water.
- Preheat the oven to 260 degrees and place an empty baking sheet on the lowest rail.
- Now put the bread in the oven, immediately afterwards pour COLD water onto the hot, empty baking sheet to create steam. Turn the temperature back to 200 degrees and bake the bread for about 35 – 40 minutes.
