Ingredients

  • 12 Ladyfingers
  • 2 Oranges
  • 250 g Quark
  • 100 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 3 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 2 sheet Gelatin white
  • 3 cl Cointreau

Instructions

  • After the recipe didn't appear in the "Latest Recipes" section this morning after it was uploaded, and other users couldn't find it in my KB either, I deleted it again and entered it here again.
  • Squeeze an orange and mix with the Cointreau.
  • Layer the ladyfingers in a mold with the sugar side down and soak them with half of the orange juice and Cointreau mixture.
  • Soak the gelatine in a little cold water, let it swell and dissolve over a low heat.
  • Peel the second orange so that there is no white skin on it, then cut out the fillets, collecting the juice and cutting the fillets into small pieces.
  • Whip the cream and mix with the quark, sugar and orange fillet pieces, including the juice.
  • Stir in the dissolved gelatine and then spread half of the mixture on the first layer of ladyfingers.
  • Now put another layer of ladyfingers on top, soak them with the rest of the juice and then spread the rest of the quark cream over them. Put in a cool place and sprinkle with cane sugar before serving.
