Ingredients

- 15 g Pumpkin seeds from KornFalt
- 15 g Sunflower seeds from KornFalt
- Fresh herbs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

- 500 g Spelt flour type 1050
- 10 g Fresh yeast
- Salt
- 250 Milliliters Water
Instructions
Bread chips
- Cut the bread into thin slices. 2. Spread out on a baking sheet and brush with oil and garlic and sprinkle with salt. 3. Now bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. When they're nice and crisp and golden brown, take them out. The bread chips are ready!
Dip
- Mix all the ingredients for the dip into an even mass.

- 1. Mix all ingredients into an even dough. 2. Then let it rise, covered with a cloth, for 8-12 hours. When the dough has risen, you fold it into an elongated, baguette-like shape. 4. Then bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
