Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 dumplings (cold bread dumplings)
- 4 sausages
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 3 spring onions
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the bread dumplings into cubes. Slice the spring onions and cut the radishes into sticks. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into small rings. Whisk the vinegar and mustard until smooth, then slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the chives. Drizzle the marinade over the salad. Slice the sausages and fry them in a little oil until crispy. Toss into the salad and serve immediately.
