Bread from the air fryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • Fat for the deep fryer

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Dissolve the yeast in the water with a pinch of sugar. Add the mixture and oil to the flour. Knead everything until a dough forms that no longer sticks to your hands. The longer you knead, the moister the bread will be. Grease the bread basket or air fryer and place the shaped dough inside, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour. Then, prick the bread a few times with a fork and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
