- 500 g flour
- 350 ml water
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 ½ tsp salt

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
I got the recipe from someone – thanks Rolf Christian
Place everything in the bread maker or make yeast dough the usual way. Let it rest for about 90 minutes. Then shape the rolls and bake them in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds before baking, if desired. Makes about 9-12 rolls, depending on the desired size.
