Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 white bread (white loaf)
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 3 onions, red
  • 1 bunch fresh basil (can be more)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the white bread into fairly small pieces and toast them in a pan with olive oil. Quarter the tomatoes, slice the onions into small rings or fine strips. Chop the basil. Combine everything in a bowl and press in the garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and serve.
