Oatmeal, which is naturally gluten-free, is also ideal as a substitute for bread at breakfast. You can use it to prepare a porridge with fruit of your choice. Low-carb bread substitute: fluffy rolls and protein bread

If you mainly eat carbohydrate-free foods, corn, rice, oats and sweet potatoes are less suitable.
