Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Wheat flour type 405
  • 200 g Whole wheat flour
  • 75 g Sesame
  • 75 g Sunflower seeds
  • 75 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 75 g Oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Bread spice mix
  • 0,5 L Lukewarm water
  • 1 cube Fresh yeast

Instructions
 

  • Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix
  • Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add to the dry ingredients
  • Knead everything into a dough
  • Fill into a greased loaf pan (30 cm) and bake immediately
  • Hot air 190 degrees 50 minutes
